About Barons Garden Partner

Ann started partnering with homeowners in 1989 after she completed the King County Master Gardener program.

Though Ann worked in her own garden, she realized she loved working for others in their gardens, practicing and learning about and using all kinds of plants. From weeding to design, she had found her calling. Ann’s design priorities are beautifully healthy, sustainable and appropriate plantings that reflect the homeowner’s style and taste.

Her favorite maintenance and design mentor is Cass Turnbull, the founder of Plant Amnesty. Cass’ focus is on correct pruning practices and planting the right plant in the right place.

Ann calls herself “the spoiled gardener: high color, high fragrance with low maintenance. She wants it all!” Her goal is to help homeowners be spoiled too.
